Those who've been unwell with coronavirus and are still recovering, are more likely to be vulnerable to risks from heat stress and dehydration. Remember to:
Drink plenty of fluids and avoid excessive amounts of alcohol
Avoid strenuous outdoor activity - do gardening, DIY or sport during the cooler parts of the day
