NEW HEATING SYSTEMS ~ NATIONAL GRIDS WARM HOME FUNDS Richmondshire residents to benefit from new, free heating scheme North Yorkshire County Council has secured funding through the National Grid's Warm Homes Fund to help homeowners and tenants get a fully funded renewable heating system installed.
